- In regards with teaching planning, the teacher is no longer using lesson plans or preparing standardized lesson plans ahead of their teaching schedules. The teacher only focuses on studying the textbooks and workbooks given to them by the school's management in order to have prior knowledge about the lessons they are going to teach during class days.

The students will be given an exact time to work with their tests depending on its mode of difficulties and the latter will check their answers, count the number of scores and give positive feedbacks afterwards.
4.5 - Others
- In terms of classroom management, the teacher implements classroom rules and behaviors in the beginning of the lesson, keep in touch with the student's interests all throughout
the discussion, and maintain their focus on the lesson especially in doing group activities. When the students cannot be managed already by their teacher, the teacher will talk to them using their own dialect, give rewards to those who behaves so everyone will follow.
- My critic teacher is also a Filipina, namely Ms. Ana Lagrosa from Quezon City. Ms. Ana has Vietnamese Teacher-Assistants who are also the advisers of every class she teaches everyday. The role of the teacher of the teacher-assistants is to translate Ms. Ana's phrases into Vietnamese language in some circumstances when necessary and to help her manage the students during classes.
